To ensure an excellent customer experience, all quality aspects of our products, including design, formulation, raw materials, manufacturing, marketing, communication, sales, follow national and international standards such as ISO / IEC. During the processes of innovation and development of new products, we make sure to design processes capable of meeting the expected results, following standards that determine the capacity of the systems involved. Finally, we make sure to maintain the traceability of the results in all our processes, so that in case of having a non-compliant product, we can make quick and effective improvement decisions.
